Ort Marcellum ( Ort, an dem Vieh verkauft wurde ).Um das
Jarh 1000 gründete ein Benediktinermönch namens
"Bienheureux Jore" oder "Beatus Jornis"
eine Abeitund gab somit der heutigen Ortschaft ihren Namen.Die
Industrie gedieh fleissig, und eine bedeutende Ziegelfabrik
bediente sich des Sees als Transportmittel und verlud
die Ware auf Kähnen mit flachem Boden.
