Vielbesuchter Sommer- Ferienort.Ehemalige im 11 jahrhundert gegründete Benediktiner - Abtei, seit der Revolution zweckentfremdet und heute zu einem Hotel umgebaut.Im Dorfezentrum steht das Rathaus, das Geburtshaus des Chemikers Berthollet.

Very busy summer resort.The ancient abbey of of the benedictine monks, founded in the XI century, and deserted since the revolution and recently transformed into a hotel. In the centre of the village, the town hall which is birth place of Bertollet.
